This publication series explores the biographies of the 652 Bremen victims of Nazi persecution, whose memory has been honored by the STOLPERSTEINE BREMEN project since 2004. Following the five volumes covering the regions of North (2013), Central (2015), Ostertor/Eastern Suburbs (2016), Schwachhausen/Horn-Lehe (2017), and Findorff/Walle/Gröpelingen (2019), Volume VI, Neustadt, has now been published. Several essays illuminate historical sites and explain the situation of Jewish residents of Bremen during the Nazi era.
